Exquisite and unusual Minton style double-handled dessert comport on pedestal with white, gold and green swirled floral borders and pierced openings. Inside bowl is an inset of gold floral sprays surrounding cream white background with vibrant purple peony flower and leaves. Underside is all cream white. Bottom pedestal scrolled with white, green and gold vertical panels. Good condition with two very tiny chips on outside gold rim. Circa 1880.
